Tondeo could not have started better than in Solingen, number one in knives & blades.

In 1928, Adolf Noss starts a razor blade factory.
In 1931 the brand name Tondeo (Tondere Latin - to cut) is created.
In 1976, the production of Tondeo scissors started and today they mainly create scissors in the premium segment.

Tondeo is known worldwide for its knives and blades, which was the foundation of the brand. Today there are also clippers and trimmers that have become an important part of the range.

The big seller and hairdresser's favorite is the Eco XS trimmer and the Eco XP clipper, which was updated with a lithium battery in the fall of 2020.
